Pre-Applied Patching
As a pre-applied film, this threadlocker is dry-to-the-touch and remains an inert coating until assembly. Ideal for high volume applications on plated and stainless-steel fasteners.
In high-volume applications, especially when you need to lock plated and stainless-steel fasteners for immediate use, turn to LOCTITE® DRI 204. This 2-part, high strength threadlocker is pre-applied and activated during assembly, curing to provide excellent resistance to vibration loosening. Ideal for locking carburetor screws, transmission nuts, head bolts, truck axle bolts and tower bolts, and for sealing transmission bolts and pipe plugs and fittings.
